You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and another with tracking details once your item has shipped.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship internationally.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

DIGIONLINE LLC is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods when filing your claim.


6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
